When you arrive at the Hotel Ballast, come by our check-in/registration to pick up your name badge and event information.
Annual Meeting Check-In will be available beginning Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 12:00 Noon EST.
SDITE 2024 Staff will be stationed at the check-in table each day to answer any questions you have.
Tickets are required for each meal. Your registration covers meals for the days on which you are registered. Breakfast is served Monday through Wednesday. A boxed lunch is provided on Monday, and a buffet lunch meal is provided on Tuesday during the Traffic Bowl final. Dinner on Sunday night is in the form of hors d’oeuvres in Hospitality Suites. Monday night’s dinner will be served at the ABD Event, with Tuesday’s dinner served at the hotel during the Annual Banquet.

The Welcome Reception & ABD Hospitality Event is a great time to network and catch up with friends you haven’t seen in a while. We will start at 5:00 PM with cocktails. Following that, at 6:00 PM a few of our wonderful exhibitors will serve a variety of hors d’oeuvres and drinks at the hotel in the hospitality suites.
